Privacy & Cookie Policy

Last updated: June 2026

This Privacy & Cookie Policy explains what information ReflexStats ("we", "us", the "Site") collects when you use our free brain and reflex tests, how that information is used, and the choices you have. By using the Site you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

ReflexStats does not require an account and does not ask you for personal information such as your name or email to play the tests. The tests run entirely in your browser.

2. Cookies and local storage

We use a small amount of browser storage for two purposes:

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking advertising cookies will not stop the tests from working.

3. Third-party advertising (Google AdSense)

ReflexStats is supported by advertising. We use Google AdSense and may use other third-party advertising vendors to display ads on the Site.

4. HTML5 game / in-content ads

Because ReflexStats hosts interactive HTML5 games, ad units may appear above, alongside, or between game content. These ad placements are served by the third-party networks described above and follow the same cookie and opt-out rules. We do not serve ads inside the active play area in a way that interferes with a test in progress.

5. Children's privacy

The Site is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will remove it.

6. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location (e.g. the EU/EEA under GDPR or California under CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data, and to opt out of personalized advertising. You can exercise advertising choices using the links in Section 3, manage cookies in your browser, and clear local scores by clearing browser storage. To make any other request, contact us.

7. Data security and retention

Score data stays on your device. We retain server logs only as long as needed for security and operations. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect the limited data we handle.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
